RETURNS

DURING SUMMER MONTHS (JUNE, JULY, & AUGUST), WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS. 

 

Full Priced Items: Can be returned for a full refund or store credit
Final Sale Items: Cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, unless the item received is faulty or your order was fulfilled incorrectly.
Promotional Items: Full priced items purchased during a sale or using an applied or automatic discount code (eg. Black Friday) can be returned for a Store Credit only
Lingerie & Swimwear: Cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons
Hair Bands & Hair Clips: Cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons
Faulty/Damaged Items: Please email our Customer Care team.

RETURNS CONDITIONS

    • We refund ALL full priced items that are returned in their original condition, excluding Swimwear & Lingerie & Hair Clips & Hair Ties.
    • Items must be posted in the mail within 14 days of delivery from Jabluxe. Any items posted after this time frame may be denied.
    • Items must be returned in their original condition including tags and sanitary labels to be eligible for a store credit.
    • Once Jabluxe has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund or store credit is issued.
    • Cash on delivery items are STORE Credit only.
